1 – All prices are FOB our warehouse. See shipping charges on shopping cart.
Customers can get a quote online by simply adding your items to the shopping cart, put in your zip code and your quote will be calculated with the shipping charges. Prices subject to change without notice.
2 – We reserve the right to improve design and specifications.
3 – All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices are those at time of ordering.
4 – In stock orders ship in 1 to 2 business days from your order date.
We reserve the right to send out partial shipments. It is an exception when we cannot make immediate shipment – but it does happen. On occasions, we must wait on a new factory shipment of stock. Also, we cannot guarantee the time required for truck service on freight shipments to your city. Therefore, we do stress that you advise us of your needed by date and that you place orders early – 2 to 3 weeks before needed. You can contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org with your needed by date and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We use USPS Express for shipping to APO/FPO’s
5- International Orders
Express shipping is available for an added fee. Customs fee and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping calculator.
6 – Methods of Payment:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Business Checks: Business checks only! No personal checks accepted. Please allow 10 business days check to clear our bank. Order production lead time starts once the check has cleared.
- Direct Bank Transfer(Wire transfer): International Orders Only. Payments will be charged an addition $50.00 fee at checkout. Order production lead time starts once the wire transfer has cleared. Please note that our bank does not have Swift or IBAN account numbers for international orders paying by Direct Bank Transfers.
- No C.O.D.’s.
7 – Returns:
Authorization for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise in it’s original packaging and condition, with a return authorization number. Our Carnival Games, Funhouse Mirrors and Signs are not returnable. All games must be inspected immediately. There are no returns are electrical pumps or devices. Any damage to games must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving shipment. There are no returns on closeout items. Please note: Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to return freight charges. On returns, a restocking fee of 25% will also be assessed. Absolutely no returns after 30 days of receipt of your order. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, please inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log and immediately contact Carnival Depot. Failure to do this may result in a loss of claim with the delivery company.
8 -W-9 Forms:
Carnival Depot will not complete a W-9 form. Carnival Depot is a manufacturer as well as a corporation and is not required by federal law to complete such form for purchases. Buyer agrees to pay invoices without the completion of a W-9 form. All buyers agree to our terms and conditions.
